Currently, Ramona A.K.A. Soul Sista, is the midday hostess of Hot 107.9 during midday in Atlanta. This driven personality created several programs aimed to empower listeners. Show features include "The Fake and Bake" cooking class, "The Hot Afterwork Burnoff", and "The Love & Sex Hour" with noted psycologist Dr. Tiy E.

To promote sports among women, Ramona initiated the Female Football Clinic. She also hosted a sold out Monday Football event for four years.

The Soul Sista has interviewed notables from Hiliary Clinton, Elton John, and the late Luther Vandross to Jay Z, Prince, Jesse Jackson and countless entertainers and athletes. Her ease of style & warm energy draws them in!

Recognized for her extensive community service, Ramona grabbed the A.I.R. award for best PSA against Domestic Violence. She has received nods from both National Urban League and the NAACP for her involvement with voter registration and mentorship programs. Ramona has also been a guest host providing social commentary for CNN's Talk Back Live.
